Our RSDs employ a rotary sample division method, recognized for its reliability in mass reduction processes. By generating a large number of sample increments (each subsample comprising over 100 increments) the system effectively minimizes material segregation (distributional heterogeneity), resulting in representative subsamples with reduced sampling variance.

Constructed with heavy-duty materials, the RSD features a robust drive train that maintains constant speed throughout the splitting process, thereby minimizing sample variance. The gearbox and bearings are designed for a lifespan exceeding 15 years of trouble-free operation, underscoring the system’s durability and reliability.

Advanced Feeding System

Equipped with a variable speed vibratory feeder offering a wide range of controllable operations, the RSD ensures a consistent flow of material to the splitting section. This feeder can be calibrated per application to suit the specific material being processed, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the sub-division process.
