Our RSDs employ a rotary sample division method, recognised for its reliability in mass reduction processes. By generating a large number of sample increments (each subsample comprising over 100 increments) the system effectively minimises material segregation (distributional heterogeneity), resulting in representative subsamples with reduced sampling variance.

Constructed with heavy-duty materials, the RSD features a robust drive train that maintains a constant speed throughout the splitting process, thereby minimising sample variance. The gearbox and bearings are designed for a lifespan exceeding 15 years of trouble-free operation, underscoring the system’s durability and reliability.
Advanced Feeding System
Equipped with a variable-speed vibratory feeder offering a wide range of controllable operations, the RSD ensures a consistent flow of material to the splitting section. This feeder can be calibrated per application to suit the specific material being processed, enhancing the accuracy and efficiency of the subdivision process.
