State of the Art
Our stainless steel wire profiles are imported from reputable sources in France and Italy to ensure a high quality, high performance product with a longer lifespan. A state of the art wedge wire spot welding machine is used to manufacture the mesh which ensures the proper tolerances and a consistent product quality.
Material of Construction
Our profiles are available in SS 430, 304 and 316 stainless steel. Maximum sheet size is 3600×3900, with the slot running in the 3600 direction.
Tolerance
We can achieve a +-0.05mm tolerance on our apertures over 80% of the screening surface.
